Programs are offered to people in the community in such locations as churches, neighborhood health clinics, La Casa de la Rasa, and the American Indian Center. The Community Outreach Coordinator teaches about breast care, breast self-examination, and breast cancer.

Through the outreach program, the Breast Resource Center has developed a Spanish language version of the BRC brochure to make information about our programs and services available to a larger segment of the community.
