Meditation

Meditation helps us find a healthy natural means to relax, calm the mind, and encourage a sense of over all well-being.

Meditation is also an empowering method that we can all learn and practice so to connect with the inner self and our healing energy to enable the self to nurture and heal our bodies, minds and spirits.

In the Monday session the group also practices meditation through movement, utilizing the art of Qi Gong, deep breathing and creative visualization to help heal ourselves. Through these various techniques we learn to help calm the mind and find balance in our daily lives.

Join us in a peaceful and supportive environment. The Meditation support group is free to BCRC clients and guests.

Every Monday from 12:15pm - 1:00pm Facilitated by Maria Marotti.
No appointment necessary, walk-ins welcome.
