Reiki is an ancient healing art with origins from the Tibetan Sutras. It is a system of hands-on touch used by caregivers and healthcare professionals as a means of promoting one’s healing. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and has been found to reduce pain, relieve stress and promote recovery and well-being.
