Sometimes it’s providing a compassionate space of listening, nourishing soup, or a soft, warm hat, it may be fresh flowers to brighten the day, or the comfort of a community that knows how you feel—whatever the need, the BCRC is here to help. Connection with our clients happens in many ways, including support groups, meditation, education programs, peer counseling and wellness phone calls.

We are grateful for Jennifer’s unwavering support of the BCRC and honored to be able to share her inspiring story with you here:

What a wonderful discovery made when a friend suggested I check out Breast Cancer Resource Center, when I received the news from the doctor of my breast cancer. Everyone there is sooo gracious, warm, interested in my journey, and so very helpful. When you walk in the door, you sense love and care drawing you in. They have loaned me books, answered my questions, offered help, and have become part of my support community and like family.
