Meditation is an empowering method that we can all learn and practice so to connect with the inner self and our healing energy to enable the self to nurture and heal our bodies, minds, and spirits.
In the Monday session the group also practices meditation through movement, utilizing the art of Qi Gong, deep breathing, and creative visualization to help heal ourselves. Through these various techniques we learn to help calm the mind and find balance in our daily lives.
